Ibănești Cabin

Holiday cabin made of solid wood beams, double-profiled, in 100/200 mm section, with a footprint of 7.52×7.84 m, excellently partitioned for a family.

The construction consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet, kitchen integrated with large living room (open space) and a generous covered terrace. It can also be made in the mezzanine version, in which 2 more rooms are created. A successful project, several versions of this cabin have been built both in Romania and in France.

The ceiling is made of 21 mm thick paneling, mounted over beams, over which comes 100 mm mineral wool insulation. The roof includes the truss structure consisting of 100/200 mm rafters, 140/90 mm rafters, 30/50 mm lath, with the installation of the roof covering (anti-condensation foil and tiles/sheets provided by the beneficiary).

Based on an additional estimate of works,a generous 20 m2 terrace can also be created, which is positioned at the entrance to the cabin, with a ceiling finish in softwood paneling, 150/150 mm posts, a railing made with a handrail and vertical fence elements 40/40 mm or 100/20 mm, with various models. The floor is in treated decking class 4 biodegradability, anti-slip profile, 40 mm thick (see the picture above).

The floor inside the cabin is made of 21 mm thick softwood flooring, over the concrete foundation slab.
