Poșaga Cabin

This solid wood cabin has a built area of ​​92sq meters, it consists of the ground floor, first floor and a compact mezzanine. The structure is made of double profiled beams of resinous essence, with a section of 150×200 mm, ensuring structural strength and long-term durability.
Design and architecture:
The project reinterprets the traditional architecture of the Apuseni manor houses, integrating characteristic elements in a modern key.

A hipped roof with a steep angle of the rafters, designed for rapid water and snow drainage, in combination with the straw covering.
The wooden porch/porch, a traditional element, located on the main side of the house, provides functionality and aesthetics, respecting the tradition of mountain areas.

The “dovetail” joint, a traditional carpentry solution, used for beams and exposed structural elements, offering both superior strength and aesthetic value.
The structure and design of the cabin combine traditional technique with contemporary functionality, creating a sustainable, harmonious and authentic space, ideal for mountain areas.
