Innovative concept of a cabin for rent, with a mezzanine, with an area of 38 m2, it can accommodate a family of 4 people. The ground floor consists of a bathroom, a living space integrated with the bedroom with a double bed. The mezzanine is equipped with a bedroom for children, and outside there is a generous terrace. Access to the mezzanine is via an internal staircase.
Matrimonial bed
The price below is based on the standard version in 100/200 mm solid wood beams, double profiled. Optionally, the cabin can also be made at the energy efficiency level, with an internal doubling in the wooden structure (timberframe) and additional insulation made of basalt wool.
The standard floor, on a flat concrete foundation, is made of 30 mm thick extruded polystyrene insulation, wooden mounting support and 21 mm thick softwood flooring. If an above-ground construction is desired, depending on the configuration of the land and additional insulation of the cabin, an additional financial estimate of the costs will be made available.
The roof of the cabin is made in the traditional manner, with rafters, lath and 21 mm thick paneling - interior view. The insulation is made of 200 mm thick mineral wool.
